- 1 c. Bisquick Mix
- 1 c. cake mix
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 can pineapple rings, juices drained
- 1 jar maraschino cherries (without stems)
Instructions
- Lightly grease a large sauté pan or griddle over medium-low heat. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pancake mix, cake mix, milk, vanilla, and eggs. Use measuring cup to pour 1/3-cup pancakes onto pan.
- When bubbles start to form in the batter, gently add a pineapple ring. Place a maraschino cherry in the center of the ring. Let it cook for another minute or so before flipping the pancake.
- Cook other side until lightly golden. Serve with maple syrup.
