- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 fluid ounces seltzer water

Instructions
- Place the chocolate syrup, milk and vanilla extract in a tall glass and stir well with a spoon to combine. Continue to stir furiously while adding the seltzer water to prevent foam; serve immediately.
