Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 bottle bourbon
  • 1/2 bottle St. Germain
  • 4 c. pink grapefruit juice
  • 20 dash grapefruit bitters
  • 30 mint leaves
  • 20 grapefruit peels
  • 1 bottle sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, bourbon, and St. Germain. Whisk until sugar dissolves. Add pink grapefruit juice, grapefruit bitters, mint leaves, and grapefruit peels. Stir gently, then let sit for 1 hour before adding sparkling water. Serve over ice.
