Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 bottle bourbon
- 1/2 bottle St. Germain
- 4 c. pink grapefruit juice
- 20 dash grapefruit bitters
- 30 mint leaves
- 20 grapefruit peels
- 1 bottle sparkling water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine powdered sugar, bourbon, and St. Germain. Whisk until sugar dissolves. Add pink grapefruit juice, grapefruit bitters, mint leaves, and grapefruit peels. Stir gently, then let sit for 1 hour before adding sparkling water. Serve over ice.
