Ingredients
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup diced Granny Smith apples
1 cup diced mango
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
Garnish: fresh mint sprigs
Instructions
Stir together first 7 ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill 2 hours. Garnish, if desired.
