Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • Garnish: fresh mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Stir together first 7 ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill 2 hours. Garnish, if desired.
