- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 c. mini chocolate chips
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Make cookie dough: In a stand mixer, beat butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add flour and salt and beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into balls and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour.
- Dip cookie dough balls in chocolate, shaking off excess, and transfer to freezer, 15 minutes.
