  3. Brush some canola on a baking sheet. Lay the pancetta out in single layer bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn the pancetta over, brush with the balsamic mixture, and return to the oven to continue baking until golden brown and crisp, about 10 minutes longer. Remove to a platter.
