- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
