Ingredients
- 2/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 to 2 lb. skirt steak
- Corn or flour tortillas, for serving
- Salsa, for serving
- Cheese, for serving
- Sour cream, for serving
- 1 Spanish onion, diced, for serving
- Cilantro, for serving
Instructions
- Blend scallions, olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper, and brown sugar in blender. Pour into plastic Ziplock bag with steak and let marinate overnight or at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Grill steak to desired doneness. Serve on corn or flour tortillas or Boston lettuce leaves. Top with salsa, cheese and sour cream. I like just onions and cilantro!
