Ingredients
- 6 strips bacon
- 6 new red potatoes, largely diced
- Paula Deen Merlot Wine Steak Sauce, optional
- Paula Deen Vidalia Onion Steak Sauce, optional
- 4 eggs, cooked anyway you like
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Place diced potatoes in rendered bacon fat and cook until browned and slightly tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile in a separate skillet when potatoes are nearly finished cooking, cook the eggs just the way you like them.
- To serve: place eggs, bacon and potatoes on plate and drizzle the potatoes with any of the Paula Deen Collection of Steak Sauces.
