- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups orange-pineapple juice, heated
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place peanut butter and 1/4 cup of the orange-pineapple juice in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add the rest of the juice and all remaining ingredients and whisk together. Serve as a sauce, dip or salad dressing.
