Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Cappelleti
  • 1 oz. Carpano Bianco vermouth
  • 1 1/2 oz. Oloroso Sherry
  • 3/4 oz. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain over cracked ice into a double rocks or collins glass.
  4. Garnish with mint and a half lemon wheel.
