Ingredients

1 bottle light Spanish white wine 5 assorted plums 4 stick cinnamon 1 tbsp. honey club soda

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients except the club soda in a pitcher. Let steep, refrigerated, for 3 hours or up to overnight. Serve the wine chilled and garnished with the soaked plums. For a lighter cocktail, serve over ice with a splash of club soda.
