Ingredients
- 1 bottle light Spanish white wine
- 5 assorted plums
- 4 stick cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. honey
- club soda
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the club soda in a pitcher. Let steep, refrigerated, for 3 hours or up to overnight.
- Serve the wine chilled and garnished with the soaked plums. For a lighter cocktail, serve over ice with a splash of club soda.
