Ingredients
4 bone and skin removed chicken breasts
1 cup fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 cups water
1 cup instant whole grain brown rice
1 packet onion soup mix
Instructions
1. In a 9x13 dish", mix cream of mushroom soup, water, uncooked rice and dry onion soup mix.
2. Clean chicken breast and remove any excess fat.
3. Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
4. Sprinkle tops of chicken with lemon pepper.
5. Cover and bake at 375° F (190° C) for 45 minutes.
