Ingredients

4 tsps cumin, ground 1 tsp salt 2 tbsps olive oil 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 large onion, chopped 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped 28 oz diced tomatoes with juice 1/2 cup chopped or diced green chilies 5 cups water 16 oz black beans, dried and rinsed

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in crockpot. 2. Cover and cook on high for 6 to 8 hours, or until most liquid is absorbed. 3. Serve over warm brown rice or as a side to lean meat. 4. Enjoy!
