Ingredients

  • 2 rack pork or beef back ribs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 °F. Have ready a large roasting pan with rack. Pour 1/2 inch water into pan.
  2. Place ribs on rack in pan, curved sides up. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour or until ribs are tender.
  3. Meanwhile mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Brush top (curved side) of ribs with some of the sauce.
  4. To grill or broil: Grill 4 to 6 inches above hot coals, turning and brushing with remaining sauce, 10 to 12 minutes until browned. Broil on broiler-pan rack 4 to 6 inches from heat source, cooking as directed.
  5. Cut into individual ribs to serve.
