Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine half the flour, yeast, salt, oil and warm water (100 °F).
- Mix until a smooth consistency is made then slowly add the remaining flour until it thickens.
- Once dough is thick, remove from bowl to a lightly floured cutting board or similar. Knead for 2-3 minutes then place in another bowl and cover for 15 minutes.
- Once it has risen, roll out to 12" diameter 1/8" or thinner thickness and place on a stone or cookie sheet.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake.
