Chicken and Cheese Rice Bake - PCOS-Friendly Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. regular long-grain white rice
- 6 bone-in chicken breast halves
- paprika
- ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix soup, water, cheese and rice in 3-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and pepper.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until done. Stir rice before serving.
- TIP: If desired, remove skin from chicken before baking.
