Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp clover honey
- 1 medium banana
Instructions
- Cut banana into slices and freeze for at least 12 hours (overnight).
- Place frozen banana in food processor or blender. Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla soy milk.
- Blend until smooth (about 45 seconds to 1 minute).
- Serve immediately.
- Note: you can eliminate the soy milk for a thicker texture. Crunchy peanut butter can also be used instead of creamy.
