Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. flat leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp. snipped chives
- kosher salt
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package directions. Drain and return them to the pot.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the oil, garlic and crushed red pepper flakes over medium heat until the garlic turns light golden, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and add to the ravioli. Add the chives, parsley and 1/4 tsp salt and gently toss to combine.
