The only way to serve up cheesecake during the fall: in an apple.
Ingredients
- 4 large baking apples, hollowed
- 16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks), very soft
- 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Crushed graham crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until creamy. Transfer mixture to stuffed apples and bake until apples are soft and bubbly and cheesecake mixture is warmed through, about 30 minutes.
- Garnish with crushed graham crackers and serve.
