1/3 Cup of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)
2 Tablespoons of Water
2 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice (about 3 small lemons)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
SERVES 4-8 (as a dip)
