Betty demonstrates how to make her Sister's Party Cheese Ball. This is a delicious cheese ball from my sister, and we have it at special family get-togethers, especially at Christmastime. It's wonderful! Betty's Sister's Party Cheese Ball (Note: I only made 1/2 of the recipe in the video.) 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2) 8 oz. packages cream cheese 1 tablespoon minced green pepper 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder dash of cayenne pepper dash of salt chopped pecans Have all ingredients at room temperature. With an electric mixer, blend all ingredients, except pecans, until smooth and creamy. Shape into a ball. Refrigerate until beginning to set, and then roll in pecans. Serve with butter-style crackers or fresh vegetables. Yum!
