The tongue tickling spicy masala of paneer wrapped in chapati or paratha is a treat to taste buds at anytime anywhere. Pepper powder 1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Ripened 2 Number Honey 1/2 Tsp. Paneer 100 Grams Tomato (slices) 2 Number Cabbage (slices) 1/4 cup Basil 5 to 6 Leaves Green apple (slices) 1 Number Alfa alfa 1/4 cup Cucumber (slices) 1/4 cup Directions -- Method: 1. Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt and add some water make a soft dough and rest it for few minutes. 2. Take bowl add vinegar, pepper, salt, ripened red Chili slices and Honey mix it well. 3. Take a mixing bowl add Paneer (cut them into pieces and crush it ), tomato slices, cabbage, basil, slices of green apple, Alfa alfa cucumber slices, cheese mix it well and pour the vinegar mixture and again mix it well. 4. Take the dough and roll it like a sheet and cook the roti on the tawa. 5. Place the mixture on the roti and fold it and cut into two pieces and serve it.
