1/4 tbsp butter blend 1 wedge yields lemon juice 2 cups spinach

Instructions

1. Add spinach to microwave safe bowl. 2. Microwave for 2 minutes. 3. Remove and stir in butter as desired. You don't need very much so add a little at a time! 4. Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon juice on top. 5. Salt lightly if desired.
