Ingredients:
Butter 115 g
Sugar powder 50 g
Honey 115 g **
All purpose flour 250 g
Baking soda 2 ts
Orange rind pinch
Directions:
Take a bowl add butter, sugar powder, honey, mix it well, add orange rind, all purpose flour, baking soda, mix this like a dough, divide the dough into equal portion and make roundels, press the walnut crush on one side only and transfer into the baking tray, bake them at 200 c for 10 minutes.
For filling:
Butter 50 g
Icing sugar 115 g
Honey 15 g
Take a bowl adds butter, icing sugar, honey, cream it and fill into the piping bag and pipe it between two cookies.
