Ingredients

2 tbsp chunky medium salsa 1 fl oz lemon juice 1 dash salt 1 avocado

Instructions

1. Peel avocado and mash with other ingredients. 2. Add lemon and salsa to taste. 3. Makes about 1/2 cup (or 4 oz), so one serving is approximately 2 tablespoons. 4. Note: you can use Koolaid lemon powder instead of lemon juice.
