Korean fusion food Kimchi hot dog!
Today's recipe is a fusion dish I created. It's pretty simple, but adding spicy, sour kimchi to your hot dog will make it even more delicious. When I lived in Korea I wasn't a hot dog lover, but since coming to the west I learned how to make them better, owing to a technique I learned from a sausage vendor in Toronto, and by adding my own fried kimchi. Also. the bun has to be toasted: a little crunchy on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside.
Enjoy the recipe, and let me know if you try it out!
