Ingredients

2 cups of bone broth (480 ml), 1 cup of chopped carrots (128 g), 1 cup of chopped celery (101 g), 1/2 cup of chopped onion (80 g), 2 cloves of garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon of turmeric (2 g), Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large pot, bring the bone broth to a boil. 2. Add the chopped vegetables and minced garlic to the pot. 3. Season with turmeric, salt, and pepper. 4. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. 5. Serve hot.
