- 1 lb (450g) beef bones
- 2 carrots

- 8 cups (2 liters) water
Instructions
- Roast the beef bones in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
- Chop the carrots, onion, and garlic.
- Place the roasted bones, chopped vegetables, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large pot.
- Cover with water and simmer for 12-24 hours.
- Strain the broth and serve hot.
