Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) beef bones
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 cups (2 liters) water

Instructions

  1. Roast the beef bones in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
  2. Chop the carrots, onion, and garlic.
  3. Place the roasted bones, chopped vegetables, turmeric, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large pot.
  4. Cover with water and simmer for 12-24 hours.
  5. Strain the broth and serve hot.
