1 lb (450g) of chicken bones, 2 cups (500ml) of water, 1 cup (30g) of spinach, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place chicken bones in a pot. Add water, onion, garlic, and apple cider vinegar. 2. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 2-3 hours. 3. Add spinach in the last 30 minutes of cooking. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Strain the broth and serve.
