Coffee and pineapple? Yep, it's unexpected... but delicious. This caffeinated tiki-inspired mocktail offers an incredible balance of depth contributed by the cold brew coffee and orgeat and tropical brightness from the pineapple
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup cold-brew coffee concentrate
- 2 tablespoons orgeat (almond syrup)
- 8 pineapple cubes
Instructions
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice; shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour mixture into 2 tiki glasses. Garnish with pineapple cubes skewered with cocktail umbrellas.
