Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ original taco seasoning mix
  • 4 plum (Roma) tomatoes
  • 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans
  • 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream

Instructions

  1. In 10-inch skillet, cook 1 lb lean ground turkey and 1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ original taco seasoning mix over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. Chop 4 plum (Roma) tomatoes. Set out 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce.
  3. Spread 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans evenly inside ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Top with cooled turkey, half of the lettuce, half of the tomatoes, and 1 can (4. 5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles.
  4. Spread 1 1/2 cups sour cream evenly on top; top with remaining lettuce and tomatoes.
