This is a green juice that doesn't taste green. The mango adds antioxidants and sweet flavor, while the nutrients in the kale and apples help detoxify the liver and fight free radicals.
Ingredients
- 2 bunches kale
- 2 mangoes, pitted
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, sliced
Instructions
- Juice all of the ingredients in a juicer. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
