This savory condiment is delicious enough to serve alone or with Grilled Lamb and Homemade Flatbreads.
Ingredients
2 cups whole Greek yogurt
1 cup finely diced cucumber
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Place yogurt, cucumber, vinegar, chives, cilantro, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl, stirring to combine. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
