This savory condiment is delicious enough to serve alone or with Grilled Lamb and Homemade Flatbreads.
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole Greek yogurt
- 1 cup finely diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place yogurt, cucumber, vinegar, chives, cilantro, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl, stirring to combine. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
