Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces moonshine
  • 3/4 ounce peach brandy
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1/2 egg white
  • Ice, for chilling and serving
  • 2 cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the moonshine, brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, bitters and egg white into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with the cherries.
