Ingredients
2 cups oats
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 large peach
2 tbsps unpasteurized honey
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Chop peach into bite sized pieces.
2. Boil milk (or water if you prefer) and salt.
3. When milk is boiling, add oats, peaches, honey and cinnamon.
4. Let stand for 5 minutes or until oats are softened.
