Ingredients
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 4 raspberries
- 3/4 ounce best-quality gin
- 1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes rose water
- 3 ounces very cold California sparkling rose
Instructions
- Put the simple syrup and raspberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle lightly. Add the gin, lemon juice, rose water and some ice and shake for a few seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and fill to the top with sparkling rose.
