Ingredients

  • 1/2 (16-oz.) package penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4-oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Pinch of paprika

Instructions
