RECIPE FACT SHEET
=================
INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
375g Chocolate Cookies (crushed, about 1 1/2 packs)
200g Butter (melted)
375g Dark Chocolate (melted)
750g Philadelphia Style Cream Cheese (3 packs)
500g Sour Cream
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup of Castor Sugar (Superfine White Sugar)
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder (plus extra for dusting)
PLEASE NOTE: For best results, I recommend chilling the baked cheesecake for about 4 - 6 hours (after resting it in the oven) so the cheesecake becomes firm. If you want a softer cheesecake (as seen in the video) then 2 hours will be fine ;)

Why this Chocolate Cheesecake works for PCOS
Desserts on a PCOS plan are not banned, but timing and pairing matter. Eating sweet foods immediately after a balanced meal (rather than on an empty stomach) blunts the blood sugar response, since protein and fat slow gastric emptying. This Chocolate Cheesecake works best as an occasional post-dinner option rather than a standalone snack.
