Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, pitted
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 c. chopped pineapple
  • 1/4 c. Chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • kosher salt
  • Cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and garlic and season with salt. Top with cilantro.
