Former Lounge Manager John Christinzio created the Peach Pomegranate Martini while working at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia. Since its creation, this cocktail has been featured at several different Ritz-Carlton properties and has become a guest favorite

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Pearl Pomegranate Vodka
  • 1 oz. Peachtree Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1/4 wedge freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • cinnamon sugar
  • cinnamon stick
  • lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Combine Pomegranate Vodka, Peach Schnapps, orange juice, and lemon juice in a mixing tin. Shake all ingredients until mixed thoroughly and chilled. Rim a chilled Martini glass with cinnamon sugar and strain ingredients into the glass. Garnish Martini with a cinnamon stick and lemon twist.
