- 2 cardamom pods
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, muddle the juniper berries. Add the orange zest, cardamom pods and water and bring to a simmer. Stir in the sugar and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
