Cereal Milk Cocktail - PCOS-Friendly Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces apple-cinnamon cereal, such as Apple Jacks
- 4 cups 2-percent milk
- 1 1/2 ounces anejo tequila
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar
- Dash ground cinnamon
- Dash lime zest
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, crush the cereal and add the milk. Allow to infuse for 6 hours in the refrigerator. Strain through a cone filter.
- Combine 3 ounces cereal-infused milk, the tequila and agave nectar. Stir.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice. Garnish with cinnamon and lime zest.
