Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef round
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 loaf (16 oz) spicy Buffalo prepared cheese product, cut into cubes
- 3 plum (Roma) tomatoes, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 18 slices dill pickles
Instructions
- Spray 3-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. In slow cooker, stir beef, half-and-half, pepper and cheese until blended.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 hours. About 5 minutes before serving, stir soup. Top individual servings with tomatoes, lettuce, onion and pickles.
