Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat add olive oil and garlic; cook for 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add butter. When butter begins to foam add parsley. Cook until parsley is crispy and shrimp is pink with browned edges.
- Transfer to a platter and serve.
