Recipe by Candace Braun Davison If the cheese isn't melting fast enough in the fondue pot, try transferring it to a saucepan and heating it on the stovetop over medium heat. Then you can put it back in the fondue pot, using it to keep the dish warm.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 package mini pepperoni (or full-sized, if mini is not available)

Instructions

  1. Pour the marinara, mozzarella, parmesan, oregano and a handful of mini pepperoni pieces into the fondue pot, or into a medium-sized saucepan.
  2. Heat until the cheese has melted (use medium heat if you're using the stovetop instead of a fondue pot). Stir to combine.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of extra mozzarella and pepperoni slices before serving.
