Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced mint leaves
Instructions
- Toss together all fruit, except banana, in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, fold in banana, toss with lime juice and honey and sprinkle with mint.
