  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Place steaks in a large resealable plastic bag; add teriyaki sauce. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight. In a bowl, combine the cucumber, sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, dill and salt. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, covered, over medium-hot heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 °; medium, 160 °; well-done, 170 °). Serve with cucumber sauce.
