Ingredients

2 to 3 cucumbers, sliced, reserve 1 slice for garnish 6 to 8 fresh cilantro leaves Fresh lemon Juice Simple syrup Citrus vodka Ice Ginger ale or club soda

Instructions

In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumbers and cilantro. Add 1-ounce of lemon juice, 1-ounce of simple syrup (equal parts of super fine sugar and water) and 2 ounces of citrus vodka. Shake, pour into a collins glass with ice, top with ginger ale or club soda and garnish with a cucumber slice.
