1 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 clove garlic 2 bunch spinach 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

In 5-quart saucepot, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until golden. Add spinach in batches; add salt. Cover and cook, stirring once, just until spinach wilts, about 4 minutes. Discard garlic, if you like.
